Terms and Conditions for TroveNepal

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using TroveNepal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the app immediately.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.
• You must be a resident of a country where this app is available and where such earning activities are legal.

3. Virtual Currency ("Coins")

• No Monetary Value: "Coins" earned in the app are virtual points with no real-world cash value until successfully redeemed by us. You do not "own" these coins.
• Exchange Rate: We reserve the sole right to change the coin-to-currency exchange rate at any time without prior notice.
• Right to Revoke: We may expire or revoke coins from inactive accounts (accounts with no activity for 90 days).

4. Earning & Payouts

• Third-Party Tasks: Rewards are strictly based on confirmation from our partners (e.g., AppLovin, CPX, Loot.tv). If a partner rejects your task or video view (due to quality, fraud, or network errors), we cannot award coins.
• Live Streaming & Videos: Coins earned from watching videos or streams are subject to the verification rules of the video provider. You must watch the required duration to receive credit.
• Payout Schedule: Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for providing correct withdrawal details (e.g., eSewa ID, Player Tag). Funds sent to the wrong account due to user error will not be refunded.

5. Prohibited Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

Any of the following will result in an Immediate Permanent Ban and forfeiture of all coins:

• Using VPNs, Proxies, or location spoofing.
• Using Emulators (BlueStacks, Nox, etc.) or rooted devices.
• Creating multiple accounts on one device or network.
• Using auto-clickers or scripts.
• Providing fake information on surveys.

6. Liability & Data Loss

• "As Is" Service: The app is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for server downtime, bugs, or data loss.
• Beta Phase: If the app is in "Beta" or maintenance mode, coin balances may be subject to reset. We will try to notify users, but we are not liable for lost earnings during technical failures.
• Final Authority: In the event of a dispute regarding your coin balance, our server records shall be considered the final and absolute authority.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
